We Need a Pump

With the water not noticeably diminished since the rain stopped 36 hours ago, we ordered a pump today. I'll look forward to its arrival.

I had a great time in the garden today. I finished adding compost to the comfrey in the orchard, harvested some of the hibiscus sepals, and then headed to the comfrey in the greenhouse. In the two rows I dealt with, I was amazed at the growth on the roots. Weeks ago, when I enjoyed the comfrey, I would dig up a plant and get about three root cuttings. Today, I dug up eight large plants, and ended up with about 70 root cuttings.
